How long does a referral stay attributed to me?
Lifetime. We use Rewardful's first-touch attribution — once a customer signs up through your link, you earn on every payment they ever make. No cookie expiry, no clawback after 60 days.
When and how do I get paid?
Stripe-direct deposit on the 1st of each month for the prior month's commissions. Minimum payout: $50 (smaller balances roll forward).
What if someone cancels?
You stop earning commission for that customer the month they cancel. There's no clawback for prior months — what you earned stays earned.
Can I run paid ads to my affiliate link?
Yes, with two limits: (1) you cannot bid on the brand term "Telyn" on any ad platform, and (2) no spam tactics (mass email blasts, scraped lists). Otherwise, paid traffic is fine.
