Telyn ("we," "us," or "our") is operated by Kingdom Catalyst LLC, a Tennessee limited liability company. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit telyn.ai or use our AI receptionist services. By using Telyn, you agree to the practices described here.
Account & signup data. When you create an account or start a trial, we collect your name, email address, business name, industry, and billing information (processed securely by Stripe — we never store raw card numbers).
Agent configuration data. This includes your agent name, greeting script, voice selection, phone number, and any FAQs or information collection rules you configure.
Call data. We log metadata about calls handled by your Telyn agent — caller number, call duration, timestamps, and AI-generated transcripts. Audio recordings may be retained for quality and compliance purposes.
Usage data. We automatically collect IP addresses, browser type, pages visited, and referral sources through standard server logs and analytics tools (e.g., Vercel Analytics).
Communications. If you contact us by email, we retain that correspondence.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties, and we do not use call transcripts or recordings to train AI models without your explicit consent.
We share data only in the following circumstances:
Service providers. We share data with trusted vendors who help operate Telyn, including Vapi (AI voice infrastructure), Supabase (database), Stripe (payments), Resend (transactional email), and Vercel (hosting). Each is bound by confidentiality obligations.
Legal requirements. We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Telyn, our users, or the public.
Business transfers. If Telyn is acquired or merges with another company, your information may transfer as part of that transaction. We will notify you in advance.
We never share caller personal data (names, phone numbers, conversation content) with advertisers or data brokers.
We retain account data for as long as your subscription is active plus 90 days after cancellation, unless you request earlier deletion. Call logs and transcripts are retained for 12 months by default; you may request deletion at any time by emailing info@telyn.ai.
Billing records are retained as required by applicable tax and accounting laws (typically 7 years).
Telyn uses essential cookies to maintain your session. We may use analytics tools that set cookies to measure site performance. We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking.
You can disable cookies in your browser settings; doing so may impair certain features of the Telyn dashboard.
We implement industry-standard safeguards including TLS encryption in transit, encrypted storage for sensitive fields, and access controls limiting who can view your data. No system is 100% secure; we encourage you to use a strong, unique password and notify us immediately of any suspected unauthorized access.
Telyn is intended for businesses and is not directed at individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we learn we have collected such data, we will delete it promptly.
